Emily is the founder of North Star Farm (formerly Soulstice Ranch). A 501c3 non-profit equine sanctuary. A full-time working mom, animal lover, musician and has worked over a decade in social services. She also has over a decade of experience working with horses. Emily found her true calling when she learned about Positive Reinforcement horse training and has rehabbed, trained and cared for many horses since starting her journey. Some mustangs out west, to blind, previously Amish carriage horses. She even won an Extreme Burro Makeover with her BLM Burro Mr. Bojangles.
